NEFCO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of National Accounts to lead our national sales strategy focused on the largest contractors across the United States. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of National Account Managers and National Account Sales Representatives. The Director will drive revenue growth by targeting new and existing customers, managing complex supply contracts, and fully leveraging NEFCO’s broad range of business units and value-added services. This position requires a strategic leader with strong industry relationships, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment (approximately 50% travel).
