Director of Midstream Natural Gas

About The Position

This role drives global alignment across world areas to improve consistency, scalability, and financial performance by leveraging shared engineering and project resources, establishing best practices, and improving quote-to-cash efficiency. The position partners closely with other Natural Gas vertical leaders and product managers to ensure clear portfolio alignment across the broader product landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred
  • 12 years of experience in relevant commercial, product, or business leadership roles
  • Experience in Natural Gas, midstream, or related process industries required
  • Experience with engineered-to-order systems or skid-based solutions strongly preferred
  • Experience with digital or connected products (instrumentation, IoT, etc.) preferred
  • Strong business and financial acumen (pricing, margin, P&L)
  • Proven ability to lead across global, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skill
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required - visa sponsorship will not be provided

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global strategic roadmap for the Midstream skid systems business
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market needs, competitive dynamics, and financial returns
  • Monitor industry trends (energy transition, regulatory changes, digital adoption) to inform strategy
  • Lead the global strategy for skid-based PRMS solutions
  • Establish best practices for system design, quotation, and project execution to improve margin, consistency, and delivery performance
  • Drive standardization of system architectures and engineering approaches to reduce complexity and improve scalability
  • Leverage global engineering and project resources across regions to optimize capacity and capability
  • Improve quote-to-order and execution efficiency through standardized tools, processes, and governance
  • Own lifecycle strategy for skid-centric regulator platforms (e.g., FL, EZH, NZ)
  • Align product development priorities with system integration and customer requirements
  • Partner with other product leaders to ensure alignment across the broader midstream portfolio
  • Lead commercialization and global rollout of digital instrumentation solutions (e.g., ARMOR, RAF)
  • Drive training, enablement, and adoption strategies across regions
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and roadmap development based on market needs
  • Integrate digital capabilities into PRMS and skid solutions to enhance value and differentiation
  • Partner with global sales teams to support key project pursuits and drive demand generation
  • Develop tools and training to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and win rates
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and supply chain to execute strategic initiatives and ensure consistent global practices
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with systems and digital strategy
  • Support business case development and due diligence activities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Influence cross-functional and global stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Establish governance to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in global PRMS execution
