Requirements

years of retail management, beverage industry or similar field
Three or more years of experience in a manager or supervisor role, leading a team
Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers’ license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws
Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the overall staffing strategies and development, motivation, and retention of staff
Analyze business results to develop and implement market strategies for merchandising to drive sales
Establish the expected merchandising standards and ensuring that standards and accuracy control are met in the market
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes for all Merchandising functions
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
