Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimers or Dementia
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
The ability to manage multiple projects and consider yourself a lifelong learner

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

Be the primary program developer and implementation leader of exceptional programs for our Memory Care residents.
Play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming, as well as resident and family satisfaction.
Play an active role in the Leadership team, work with the care team, and supervise the Reflections Coordinator.
