About The Position

At CertainPath, we help home service business owners build stronger, more profitable companies through proven systems, expert coaching, and industry-leading training. Our members rely on us to provide the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to scale their businesses — and training is at the center of that mission. We’re looking for a Director of Member Training to lead the next evolution of our training programs. This role will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our learning experiences while developing a high-performing team of facilitators who deliver measurable value to our members. This is an opportunity for a strategic training leader who knows how to build scalable programs, develop exceptional trainers, leverage data, and connect learning initiatives directly to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading training programs, learning initiatives, or a training function.
  • Proven success building and scaling impactful training programs.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and improving facilitator or instructor performance.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective instructional delivery.
  • Ability to connect training initiatives to measurable business results.
  • Experience using data, KPIs, feedback, and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, create accountability, and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in the home services, trades, construction, or membership-based industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the strategic vision for CertainPath Training, ensuring our programs align with member needs, business goals, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate current training offerings, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop new programs that increase member engagement and success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with content, marketing, sales, coaching, and leadership teams to expand the impact of our training solutions.
  • Increase participation, adoption, and retention of CertainPath Training programs.
  • Develop strategies that demonstrate the value and business impact of training for our members.
  • Expand onsite training opportunities by identifying member needs and delivering customized learning solutions.
  • Partner directly with members to create training plans that improve operational performance and business results.
  • Develop scalable processes, systems, and reporting tools that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and investments to maximize impact and support growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Training team through clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and performance management.
  • Lead train-the-trainer initiatives focused on adult learning principles, engagement strategies, and best-in-class delivery.
