About The Position

The Director of Medical Support-RN is responsible for managing the overall operation of the center under the supervision of the Medical Director. This role ensures that center staff adhere to Patient First policies and procedures, coordinates staff work schedules, and maintains positive relationships between patients, clients, and staff. The Director is involved in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating staff, as well as supervising and reviewing checklists for each center department. Additionally, this position reviews and coordinates the processing of all paperwork related to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, status, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, and staffing. The role also emphasizes providing excellent customer service and fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere. Other duties may be assigned as directed.

Requirements

Employee must be at least 18 years of age
High school graduate or equivalent
Keyboarding experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Pennsylvania

Nice To Haves

One year of clerical experience preferred
One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred
One year of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Providing positive, warm and friendly customer service in all interactions
Fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere
Completing other duties as directed
