About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees! The Director of Media will focus on attaining KPI’s using a combination of broadcast & streaming TV (including online video and display ads), print media, and sports marketing endeavors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
  • B2C marketing experience – 2+ years required.
  • Experience in a manager or director-level role where you oversaw a team’s performance – 3+ years required.
  • Direct response marketing experience using an omnichannel approach – required.
  • Experience using television industry-specific tools for buying such as Strata, Nielsen or Comscore and measuring media performance - required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media strategies using modern media viewing habits, programmatic streaming software, and an omnichannel approach to maximize reach and drive directly attributable lead generation while ensuring each branch has a unique plan to hit assigned issued lead targets.
  • Partner closely with the Vice President of Branding and Creative Services and the Director of Marketing, Planning, and Analytics to deploy a creative approach that balances brand and direct response performance and ensures budgets are accurately aligned for winning for the Company.
  • Lead Sports Marketing initiatives both large and small by formulating strategic plans for each endeavor, identifying third-party and lower-CPM streaming options, and training teams in media negotiations to maximize effective media strategies.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Media Manager, Sports Marketing Manager, and Senior Director of Print and Direct Mail, including coaching, performance management, vendor invoice review and approval, continuous process improvement, and collaboration with Company leaders to support and improve the customer journey.
