About The Position
This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Med Surg to join their organization. The Director of Med Surg will develop, monitor, and always maintain a minimum of two performance improvement projects.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Minimum of three (5) years of nursing experience required
- Current RN license of New Mexico or an acceptable compact state RN licensures
- Present verification in Basic Life Support
- Must complete ACLS certification within three (3) months of hire
- Must complete PALS within six (6) months of hire
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or actively progressing towards a BSN or related field preferred
- Two (2) years of clinical and leadership experience preferred
