About The Position

Naples Soap Company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and brand. This is not a strategy-only leadership position. We are looking for a marketing leader who can develop the strategy, lead and develop the marketing team, and actively work alongside the team to execute it. The ideal candidate brings strong experience growing a consumer brand, understands how brand building and revenue generation work together, and is comfortable using data to make decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to have a direct impact across the entire customer journey—from digital acquisition and e-commerce to retail stores, loyalty, product launches, and brand growth. If you're a strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up your sleeves and turning strategy into measurable results, we'd like to hear from you. Apply today to join Naples Soap Company as our Director of Marketing. Naples Soap Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
