About The Position

Logiwa is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the company's marketing roadmap and execution, driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for bringing innovation and creative strategy to the forefront of daily operations. The role involves leading the marketing team and reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
  • 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in SAAS, WMS, or comparable supply chain execution software (e.g., TMS, OMS, ERP/SCM modules).
  • Consultative approach, with the commercial acumen to align technical capabilities (like AI and integration) to business value and ROI.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Hubspot marketing automation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • An infectious attitude and competitive drive to help our customer and team win.

  • Supply Chain, WMS, OMS, SAAS Software, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate company strategy and business objectives into strategic and tactical marketing direction.
  • Own and improve Logiwa’s demand generation engine, including marketing automation, SEO, content marketing, website, lead scoring, segmenting and nurturing to support a fast growing sales team.
  • Perform product marketing research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to strategically position Logiwa’s solutions.
  • Implement innovative strategies using AI to develop insights, data analytics, and optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to coordinate valuable, personalized experiences to drive engagement and conversion at a targeted set of accounts.
  • Manage a marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.
