Director of Marketing

CAMBANew York, NY
$100,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

As CAMBA approaches its 50th anniversary, our Development & Communications division is entering an exciting new chapter—building on a strong track record and preparing for an ambitious, transformational fundraising campaign that will help shape the organization’s future. We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to play a central role in that work. This is an opportunity for a creative, strategic nonprofit marketer who wants both a seat at the table and ownership of the work. The Director will serve as a key thought partner to the Chief Development & Communications Officer, bringing ideas, perspective and strong marketing judgment to CAMBA’s campaigns, then taking the lead in turning those ideas into thoughtful plans and high-quality execution. The Director leads CAMBA’s two-person Marketing unit, supervising the Social Media & Website Manager, and works collaboratively across the nine-person Development & Communications division. The Director also manages outside designers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners. We’re looking for someone who can take a strong idea and make it stronger—and then build the story map, content plan, creative approach and production plan needed to make it happen.
