The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a Director of Marketing to manage and coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for USC Athletics, with a focus on beach volleyball, women's volleyball, men's volleyball, and other Olympic sports. This role also includes secondary responsibilities for men's basketball on-court promotions and activations. The Director will oversee marketing, membership goals, and execution of the Trojan Fever Rewards program for USC students, develop and execute student marketing efforts (especially for men's basketball), and serve as the lead liaison for campus spirit groups and programs. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing, this position collaborates with the external team, sports programs, and other Athletics department units. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated collegiate sports marketing experience, the ability to design and implement marketing plans, and manage multiple tasks.
