California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA) is seeking a Director of Marketing for LA Online. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for digital marketing and demand generation for Cal State LA's online learning enterprise, LA Online, within the College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE). The Director will lead the creation and development of the new Cal State LA | LA Online brand, focusing on performance marketing, brand positioning, and lifecycle communications for online degree, certificate, and extension credit programs targeting adult and professional learners. As a key leader in an internal Online Program Management (OPM) model, the Director is responsible for building and optimizing a data-driven marketing operation to increase qualified demand, improve enrollment yield, and reduce cost per acquisition, while maintaining institutional ownership of strategy, data, and outcomes.
