About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-minded Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy across the VistaApex Solutions portfolio. This high-impact role is responsible for building a cohesive and scalable marketing function that drives awareness, leads, engagement, and growth across multiple brands—while maintaining the authenticity and unique identity of each. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering and Product Development, Clinical Affairs, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and market needs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—ideally in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries.
  • Proven track record in multi-brand or parent-company marketing environments.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting M&A integration or brand onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overarching marketing strategy across all brands within VistaApex Solutions, aligning with our mission and core values.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for each brand while reinforcing a unified corporate identity.
  • Support the integration and launch of future acquisitions into the marketing ecosystem.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and clinical programs.
  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, print) that drive demand and market presence.
  • Ensure all campaigns reflect the company’s pillars: clinician collaboration, simplified workflows, quality assurance, and earned trust.
  • Expand the company’s digital presence through strategic SEO, SEM, email automation, social engagement, and web optimization.
  • Manage lead generation strategies and performance tracking across the full marketing funnel.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, campaign alignment, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead creation of compelling content including clinical education, case studies, video, product collateral, and sales tools.
  • Develop consistent storytelling that brings our mission, values, and innovations to life.
  • Oversee internal and external communication strategies including PR and corporate updates.
  • Build and manage a robust Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program aligned with brand and clinical objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage clinical advocates to support product development, education, marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Partner with Clinical Affairs and Sales to coordinate speaking engagements, product validations, peer-to-peer programs, and testimonial campaigns.
  • Leverage KOL insights to guide messaging, innovation strategy, and market feedback loops.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and external agency partners.
  • Drive accountability through clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
