About The Position

Menu Strategy & Planning · Collaborate with Culinary and Strategy teams to oversee menu development from concept through execution and distribution. · Ensure alignment between menu strategy and loyalty program functionality. E-Commerce Marketing · Lead marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention for e-commerce channels. · Define target customer segments and develop strategies to increase frequency and lifetime value. · Own CRM initiatives, including email marketing, testing strategies, and campaign optimization. · Manage and report on key growth and engagement metrics. · Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements based on insights. Sales Generation & Market Campaigns · Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote food, beverage, and event offerings. · Partner with the Director of International Event Sales to drive revenue through targeted sales initiatives. · Create and implement sales plans, set performance targets, and monitor results. · Develop strategies to attract corporate clients, event planners, and high-value customers. Staff Management · Manage and develop marketing team members, including a Marketing Coordinator and/or Manager. · Oversee execution of marketing support functions such as menu production, digital updates, content calendars, and print materials

Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, vendors, and agency partners effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Google Analytics.
