As Director of Marketing, you will create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple product lines that reach new and existing customers. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans which support the market growth strategies for each product line. You'll oversee campaigns, SEO, social media, messaging, direct mail, paid advertising, conference management, manage budgets, and ensure measurable results that align with business objectives. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be an important member of the Revenue Division. This role is expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies as well as oversee our online content strategy and ensure brand and target messaging consistency across platforms. By collaborating with product development, sales, and executive leadership, you will define and implement strategies that move the business forward. Your leadership will empower the marketing team, ensure resources are used wisely, and uphold the highest standards of excellence. You will leverage significant expertise in marketing analytics and metrics to measure impact, optimize performance and grow and retain customers and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience
  • 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing plans is essential
  • Strong background in digital marketing and a proven ability to manage brand identity and market positioning.
  • Strong knowledge in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and analytics tools.
  • A data-driven mindset in marketing analytics, metrics, ROI and digital approaches is required
  • Experience overseeing teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Passionate about connecting with new and existing customers through innovative strategies that drive measurable growth and elevate our brand.
