Job Summary: The Director of Marketing reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing, leading all divisional marketing strategy and execution, overseeing comprehensive cross‑channel initiatives that support community launches, sales objectives, and overall brand impact. This role manages the full marketing function—including supervising and developing a Marketing Administrator, Coordinator and/or Digital Contents Administrator—while partnering closely with Corporate Marketing, Sales Leadership, PR teams, and key vendors to strategize, create and execute high‑quality campaigns, events, signage programs, and digital content. The Director also creates & oversees budget management, competitive and market analysis, and product positioning, ensuring consistent brand standards, efficient project execution, and effective visibility for all communities.
