As Director of Marketing, you will be a driving force behind our brand presence, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation across employer, consultant, and health plan channels. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role for a modern marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You will build the marketing engine that positions One to One Health as a category-defining voice in concierge primary care, while directly supporting growth. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Growth, Operations, and Clinical teams to align marketing efforts directly to growth and persistency objectives.
  • Support the full funnel—from awareness to conversion to retention—with strategic messaging and execution.
  • Own go-to-market messaging, positioning, and core assets across key audiences.
  • Develop employer and consultant-focused toolkits, playbooks, and enablement materials that drive partner confidence and adoption.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across sales and client management teams.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy, particularly LinkedIn, to drive awareness, credibility, and inbound demand.
  • Build campaigns that support pipeline growth and market expansions
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content and channel strategy over time.
  • Define and manage event strategy and investments to maximize brand impact, relationships, and ROI.
  • Support sponsorship decisions, speaking strategy, and post-event activation.
  • Represent One to One Health as a thought leader in workforce healthcare.
  • Lead collateral development and design aesthetic, ensuring a consistent, modern, and compelling market presence.
  • Partner with internal teams and external creatives to produce high-quality marketing materials across channels.
