About The Position

JM Test Systems is seeking a strategic, growth-focused Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function across multiple industrial service lines. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who sees marketing as a revenue engine — not a support department. We are in a strong growth phase, expanding service offerings, strengthening our national presence, and integrating acquisitions. We need a marketing leader who can build structure, drive measurable pipeline growth, elevate brand authority, and align tightly with Sales and Executive Leadership. Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing strategies directly tied to revenue growth.
  • Strong B2B experience; industrial, technical, manufacturing, or service-based environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading multi-channel demand generation initiatives.
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure (CRM, automation, analytics, reporting).
  • Strategic and commercially minded with a strong understanding of pipeline development and revenue drivers.
  • Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, prioritizing measurable impact over activity.
  • Builder’s mentality with the ability to create scalable systems in a growing organization.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • High ownership mindset with accountability for results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or leading marketing integration during acquisitions or rapid growth phases is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth and expansion across calibration, repair, rental, and onsite service lines.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel B2B demand generation programs (digital, paid media, content, email, events, and partnerships).
  • Establish KPIs that clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner directly with Sales and Executive Leadership to align growth targets and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead marketing integration strategy for newly acquired businesses, aligning brand, systems, and lead generation infrastructure.
  • Refine and elevate JM Test Systems’ positioning as a trusted authority in industrial calibration and testing services.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all divisions, service lines, and geographic markets.
  • Oversee website optimization, content strategy, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical services into clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Strengthen employer branding to support technical talent attraction.
  • Build scalable marketing systems including CRM optimization, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and attribution tracking.
  • Manage the marketing budget with disciplined ROI oversight.
  • Lead and develop internal marketing resources and manage external agency partners.
  • Create structure, accountability, and measurable performance within the marketing function.
  • Develop compelling sales materials, case studies, and industry-specific campaigns.
  • Strengthen marketing-to-sales handoff processes and lead routing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors on pricing, positioning, and service expansion strategies.
  • Position marketing as a strategic growth partner across the organization.
