Requirements

• Experienced in marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels
• Comfortable using AI and modern tools to improve speed and effectiveness
• A strong leader who can guide a small team and stay close to the work
• Clear, direct communicator who brings focus, not complexity
• Organized, efficient, and results-driven
• Personally aligned with health, wellness, and real, nourishing ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a lean marketing team (2 team members + 2 contractors)
• Own and drive marketing strategy across retail, digital, in-store, and community channels
• Ensure our brand shows up consistently, clearly, and with purpose
• Drive campaigns that balance strong storytelling with measurable results
• Partner closely with leadership on product launches and growth initiatives
• Oversee content, social, email, and in-store messaging so everything feels cohesive
• Use data and modern tools to improve performance and efficiency
• Protect and elevate the integrity of the Arden’s Garden brand
