The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a Director of Marketing to join its Athletics department. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing and promotional efforts for USC Athletics, with a focus on beach volleyball, women's volleyball, men's volleyball, and other Olympic sports, as well as secondary responsibilities for men's basketball game-day promotions. The position also involves overseeing the Trojan Fever Rewards program for students, developing student marketing initiatives, and serving as a liaison for campus spirit groups. The Director will report to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and collaborate with the external team and other departments within Athletics. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated collegiate sports marketing experience, the ability to create and implement marketing plans, and strong project management skills. Experience in higher education and understanding the needs of college athletes are preferred.
