We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and business growth across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with sales, category management, eCommerce, and product specialists to ensure marketing programs support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility preferred.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical markets strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with marketing strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales and business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with supplier partners to support joint marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website strategy, email marketing, and social media.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize results.
  • Develop strategies to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop marketing content including sales tools, presentations, case studies, and technical materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to showcase Harrington’s expertise in industrial markets.
  • Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Implement strategies to maximize brand visibility and lead generation at events.
  • Directly supervise the marketing team, including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching. Ensure team alignment with company goals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
