Particle Health is relaunching its marketing function under the Chief Growth Officer in 2026. As Head of Marketing, you will rebuild and run the marketing organization end-to-end-owning strategy, execution, and the foundation for long-term growth. This is a hands-on role for a full-stack marketer who can set direction while personally executing campaigns, driving demand generation, producing content, orchestrating events, and leading brand and PR initiatives. The initial focus will be accelerating top-of-funnel growth by leveraging external agencies for efficient execution, while establishing the systems, metrics, and narratives needed for scale. As momentum builds and performance becomes predictable, this role will define the vision for maturing the marketing function - shaping team structure, expanding capabilities, and evolving marketing into a durable growth engine. You will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling Particle’s brand reputation, elevating executive thought leadership, and positioning our products for the next phase of revenue growth. This is an especially exciting moment to market Signal, our advanced data product, which is experiencing rapid quarter-over-quarter growth and is helping define a new category within the ADT market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, operates independently, manages budgets and agencies effectively, and excels at balancing strategic leadership with execution excellence.
