As the Director of Marketing, you are responsible for driving brand strategy, digital demand generation, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives across a 13,000-unit multifamily and student housing portfolio. This role ensures marketing, branding, and outreach efforts are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, occupancy goals, and NOI objectives. The position partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to identify and address portfolio-wide marketing needs and to ensure measurable business results through data-driven strategies.
