Job Description Bose is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy and execution for our Tech Licensing and B2B business division. This role is responsible for translating Bose’s unmatched audio innovation into compelling B2B value propositions that scale through partners and licensees worldwide. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and sitting on the Global Leadership Team, this leader will also serve on the leadership team for the President of the Auto Tech Licensing division. The role is the primary marketing interface between the business unit and Bose’s global marketing organization, ensuring alignment, brand integrity, and effective activation of enterprise-wide capabilities. This position plays a critical role in driving Bose’s “Audio Lab for the World” strategy—bringing our engineering excellence, innovation, and brand power to market through strategic partnerships, co-marketing, events, and thought leadership.
