The Director of Marketing leads the development and execution of the Professional Bowlers Association’s growth and promotional strategy across brand , broadcast tune in, events, athlete initiatives, entertainment partnerships, and integrated campaigns. This role drives fan growth, increases television viewership, supports live event attendance, and elevates the visibility of PBA athletes and personalities while overseeing digital and social campaigns and building go to market strategies for PBA Tour events and broadcasts. The Director partners closely with broadcast partners, league leadership, content teams, and commercial partners to expand audience reach, engagement, and cultural relevance across platforms.
