The Toro Company is a global leader in providing innovative solutions for the outdoor environment. This position is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the International Division, which encompasses all regions except the United States and Canada. The role oversees essential marketing functions including strategic and annual planning, pricing, promotion, product placement, P&L management, marketing communications, parts and accessories, financing, as well as channel and customer strategies. Ensures the attainment of annual targets related to sales, profit contribution, inventory turnover, product launches, and strategic objectives for both whole goods and parts/accessories. Close collaboration with division leadership, along with marketing and product development teams from other divisions, is required to drive alignment and success.
