Albers Aerospace is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Marketing and Communications to lead and scale the company’s marketing, communications, branding, and executive visibility initiatives across all business units. This role will oversee corporate communications, executive communications, digital marketing, trade show strategy, social media, content development, and brand management in support of Albers Aerospace’s mission, growth objectives, and commitment to the warfighter. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and adaptable leader with strong experience in marketing, defense or aerospace communications, executive messaging, and integrated campaign execution. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business teams to drive communications, strengthen brand positioning, and support company growth initiatives. The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring alignment across branding, communications, executive visibility, digital marketing, events, and business development initiatives. This role will directly manage a small marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally to support company growth objectives and strategic initiatives. This position will be remote for the first year with the expectation of relocating to HQ after the first year.
