DOWLING CORPORATION•Vero Beach, FL

About The Position

We are seeking our first dedicated marketing hire to build and lead the firm’s external communications, brand presence, and client-facing marketing function. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of equity research distribution, deal marketing, events, digital communications, and brand management. It is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to take meaningful ownership of a growing function at a specialized, high-credibility financial services firm. You will work closely with our research analysts, deal team, and firm leadership. Because the firm operates across both research and advisory, the role requires a strong appreciation for confidentiality, information barriers, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will not simply inherit an established playbook – you will help build it. You will work directly with senior leadership, research analysts, and our advisory team, gaining broad exposure to the firm and the insurance and financial services markets we serve. This highly visible role gives you the autonomy to shape our brand, strengthen how we engage with clients, and build the marketing infrastructure that will support our continued growth.
