About The Position

Access Vascular is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing & Product Management to own the strategy, development, launch, and commercialization of our vascular access product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product management, product marketing, clinical messaging, and digital marketing, and is critical to driving adoption of Access Vascular’s anti-thrombogenic catheter platform. This individual will serve as the central product and marketing leader, partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership to translate clinician needs and clinical evidence into differentiated products, compelling messaging, and successful market adoption. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving medical device company and wants broad ownership from concept through commercialization.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in medical device product management and/or product marketing, preferably in hospital-based or vascular access markets.
  • Proven experience leading both upstream product development and downstream commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of usability, VOC, MRS development, and regulatory-adjacent product documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical data into compelling, compliant marketing messages.
  • Experience working directly with clinicians and KOLs.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability startup environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and execution skills.
