The Director of Marketing and Design will lead revenue growth, brand development and sales performance across all GPH product lines, platforms and ministry channels. This role oversees an integrated team spanning marketing, sales and design - building strategies that connect churches, ministry leaders and believers with the resources they need. The right candidate is equal parts creative visionary and data-driven strategist. They can tell a compelling brand story and measure its bottom-line impact. They are energized by mission, experienced in ministry or publishing contexts, and motivated to lead a team that believes the work genuinely matters.
