The Director of Market Operations (DMO) provides executional intensity, leadership, expertise, and day-to-day management for their regions. The DMOs, under the direction of the COO, execute the Marquee Dental Partners Strategic Blueprint within their sub-region to provide business, non-clinical operational support to dentists and their teams. The DMO has direct responsibility and accountability to their P&L / Sub region results. The DMO trains, develops and works through their individual Office Leaders to achieve results. The DMO is responsible for the Marquee 3Ds of Leadership: Delivering Financial Results, Developing and Maintaining an Excellent Culture, and Developing Others to Achieve Success. Working under the direction of the COO, the tasks and responsibilities of the Director of Market Operations include finding, hiring, onboarding, training, developing and retaining Office Leaders to drive top and bottom-line growth; working closely and directly with Partner and non-Partner Drs to provide them with operational / non-clinical support; recruiting Associate Dentists and Specialists (with the Director of Specialty); overseeing ALL office level operations in their sub region; exceeding budget YOY in each individual office, growing YOY performance; implementing best practices as developed and implemented by the Vice President; managing costs and increasing profitability; using the Marquee Dental Partners Platform to provide offices with best practice operational support; ensuring all office team members have a DAY-TO-DAY great experience as part of the Marquee Dental platform; scheduling weekly OL group meetings to review best practices, MTD results, costs and expenses, company initiatives and other important operational topics; scheduling monthly meetings with OL teams to review financial results; visiting offices at a minimum of 2x a month, with a weekly ½ day visit being best practices; and leveraging Marquee resources, support departments, and leadership to execute daily. The PSC Team and the Regional Vice President, as well as the Regional Support Team will support the DMOs with high level support services including strategic direction and vision, IT infrastructure and support, accounting and finance expertise and guidance, legal support, vendor negotiations and contracting, Revenue Operations Center oversight, structure, direction and support, finance and accounting oversight, structure, direction and support, contracting with insurance companies, business development and M&A strategy, provider contracts, and continuing education opportunities and clinical support under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer(s).
