Requirements

Minimum of sixteen (16)+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / related degree in a manufacturing supervisory/management function, or managing a smaller facility.
Experience in working in a lean manufacturing environment.
Experience in leadership and development of manufacturing supervision, through training, coaching and mentoring, in managing people and in problem solving and continuous improvement.
Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing a job shop environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the manufacturing operations including Leadership and Mentoring in a Continuous Improvement Environment utilizing Lean Principles with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, Morale and Championing M.C. Dean, Inc. PreFab Core Values and Guiding Principles.
