About The Position
Carson Air Ltd. is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead their experienced team and uphold high standards of safety and reliability. The successful candidate will provide executive-level leadership, regulatory accountability, and strategic oversight of maintenance operations across multiple locations. The position is based in Kelowna, BC, requires full-time in-office presence, as well as domestic and international travel (approximately 8–10 trips annually).
Requirements
- Meets CARs requirements for Person Responsible for Maintenance
- Proven aviation management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in safety-critical environments
- Strong background in, and a commitment to SMS, Quality Assurance, regulatory compliance, and management of multi-site operations
