Title: Director of Maintenance Job Duties: The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall supervision of ancillary personnel such as the maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. The Director of Maintenance may be responsible for the supervision of the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Requirements

  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • Management/supervisor experience.
  • Ability to organize, to problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff.
  • Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills.
  • Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements.
  • A valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities
