Lighthouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment Director & Memory Care Director to help our residents navigate days filled with joy, comfort, and connection. You’ll design engaging life enrichment and memory care programs that honor each resident’s story, support cognitive well-being, and create moments of familiarity, purpose, and fun. With a steady hand and a caring heart, you’ll lead meaningful activities that spark recognition, encourage engagement, and help every resident feel safe, valued, and at home.
