About The Position

The Director of Leisure Sales will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for discerning travelers worldwide.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with a strong emphasis on luxury leisure segment
  • Proven success managing relationships with clients and vendors
  • Extensive global network within the luxury travel advisor and consortia community
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
  • Experience with CRM and sales systems
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive luxury leisure sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with elite travel advisors, consortia partners, and high-end tour operators
  • Identify emerging luxury travel trends and proactively capture new market opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at international luxury trade shows, client events, and exclusive networking functions
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and brand positioning
