Precision Tune Auto Care began as a small tune-up shop in Beaumont, TX, in 1976 and has grown to more than 320 service centers operating in six countries. Today, we are a recognized leader in the automotive service industry and have been a top-rated Franchise 500 company for more than 30 years. Our service centers deliver total car care, including oil changes, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, brake service, steering and suspension, engine repair and replacement, and other essential automotive services. Our culture is built around vehicle safety, technical excellence, integrity, and exceptional customer care. Precision Tune Auto Care is owned by Icahn Enterprises L.P. ("Icahn Enterprises"; NASDAQ: IEP). The Director of Learning & Development will lead the development of a world-class training organization focused on automotive technical excellence, technician development, service center performance, and leadership capability. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The Director will partner closely with franchisees, field operations, service center leaders, technicians, HR, and executive leadership to identify skill gaps and build training programs that improve vehicle repair quality, technician proficiency, customer experience, safety, and overall service center performance. The ideal candidate understands that effective automotive training goes beyond the classroom. They are comfortable in a service center environment, can engage with technicians and shop leadership, and know how to translate automotive repair standards, tools, technology, and processes into practical training that technicians can apply on the job.
