The Director of K–12 Partnerships serves as the statewide strategic leader for the LCTC System K–12 ecosystem, driving partnerships, innovation, and alignment across secondary education, post-secondary pathways, and workforce development. This role is designed as a high-impact leadership position responsible for strengthening collaboration with local school systems, charter organizations, the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE), BESE, post-secondary institutions, and industry partners. The Director will lead the development of scalable early college opportunities, workforce-aligned pathways, and innovative education models that expand student access to high-demand careers. In parallel, the position is intentionally structured as a leadership pipeline to build the operational, academic, and governance foundation for a future LCTC-affiliated statewide charter school network. Over time, the role will evolve into an Executive Director position overseeing charter authorization, governance, and innovative school models aligned with Louisiana’s economic priorities.
