McGuire Memorial, a nonprofit faith-based organization, is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure. This role oversees system performance, security, and innovation while supporting organizational growth and mission-driven services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to pass physical and drug screening
• Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
• FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
• TB testing

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with healthcare or nonprofit environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and daily operations
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and strong cybersecurity practices
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Apple systems, and Active Directory
• Manage networks, servers, cloud environments, backups, and disaster recovery
• Supervise and develop IT staff; ensure knowledge sharing across the team
• Implement and optimize new and existing technologies
• Partner with leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
