About The Position

The Director of IT Integration leads McWane’s enterprise integration strategy, their D365 Support Team (supporting divisions on D365 F&SC and Dynamics CRM), optimizing how software is used, sharing best practices, and combining data from our core systems to generate business insights. This role sits within Corporate IT and partners closely with ERP/CRM implementation group, Operations, Finance, and division IT teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus related experience is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience is required.
  • 8–12+ years in enterprise systems, data engineering, or application platforms
  • 5+ years leading teams delivering mission‑critical integrations ideally in a Manufacturing setting.
  • Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain; Customer Engagement) solution enablement and data flows.
  • Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions), SQL/SSIS.
  • PowerBI, knowledge of Fabric, ability to interface between technical developers and business needs.
  • Leadership & communication: Ability to align stakeholders, prioritize backlogs, and drive outcomes across multiple divisions; strong written/verbal skills and a coaching mindset.

  • 10 Years of experience in Enterprise Level IT with Team Lead or Manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Division engagement & support. Lead the support team in meeting with plant/division teams, triage/prioritize requests, and translate needs into actionable changes in Dynamics; champion user training and continuous improvement.
  • Own the enterprise integration roadmap. Help define strategy, standards, and priorities for system‑to‑system integrations and data flows across divisions; align with Corporate IT leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver and operate integrations in/around Dynamics 365. Lead teams and potentially partners and contractors to create additional business value for divisions using D365.
  • Existing Business Process Optimization. Coordinate with existing D365 divisions to optimize their use of the system, work to roll out new features.
  • Team leadership. Build culture amongst the support team consistent with the McWane Way; set goals, coach, and develop talent; uphold safety, stewardship, and accountability across the team.
  • Risk, compliance & quality. Ensure integrations meet security and regulatory requirements; drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents; track closure and share lessons learned. Ensure ERP related corrective actions around audit findings are implemented across all McWane Divisions.
  • Maintains a culture of continuous improvement by managing long and short-term projects using approved tools.
  • Must have strong written, oral, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Works closely with others to promote cyber security initiatives.
  • Observes and enforces all company, human resources and safety policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Keeps the CIO, and other key managers abreast of significant issues or developments as appropriate.
  • This position will be required to travel at least eleven (11) weeks of the year.
