About The Position

Manages investments and portfolios for Ascent Private Capital Management and business development for UHNW client base. Plays a supporting role for the investment function on the regional team and will have some client exposure alongside more senior members of the team. May manage relationships and direct communications with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Seven of more years of experience in a portfolio/wealth management role

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience working with alternative assets
• Advanced understanding of finance/accounting/investments and portfolio construction
• Strong modeling skills
• Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manages investments and portfolios for Ascent Private Capital Management and business development for UHNW client base.
• Plays supporting role for investment function on regional team.
• Has some client exposure alongside more senior members of the team.
• May manage relationships and direct communications with clients.
• Executes trades and develops portfolio transition and implementation plans.
• Writes investment reviews.
• Designs and prepares reports/models to be shared with clients and prospects.
