Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in international marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural contexts and consumer behaviors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies that align with global business objectives.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse marketing team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with international teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.
  • Cultural Competence: Understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts and consumer preferences.
  • Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities
