About The Position

The Director of Integration is responsible for supporting the operational integration of newly partnered ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals into the Legent Health platform. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role serves as a key operational partner during integration activities and works closely with facility leadership, physicians, corporate departments, and external vendors to support successful implementations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked directly within an ASC or surgical hospital environment and understands the day-to-day realities of facility operations. The Director of Integration must be comfortable working onsite in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects at once, and helping facilities navigate operational changes during periods of transition and growth. Integrations may include operational workflow implementation, revenue cycle coordination, technology transitions, vendor analysis, reporting standardization, physician onboarding, and post-acquisition stabilization efforts. This position requires significant travel, including extended onsite support during active integrations and go-live periods.
