About The Position

The Director of Integration role will lead the integrated business planning, product support readiness, and cross-functional coordination needed to successfully advance our North Star vision and support the transition to the new adjudication platform. This leader will provide day-to-day direction across enterprise integration, business product support, requirements readiness, operational impacts, dependency management, implementation alignment, issue resolution, and stabilization planning. The role requires strong people leadership, operational discipline, product and support expertise, clear communication, and the ability to connect business needs, technology capabilities, regulatory requirements, and operational realities into practical plans that enable successful delivery and long-term support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through enterprise integration, business product support, operational readiness, technology enablement, implementation, stabilization, or platform modernization programs required.
  • Experience developing integration plans, support models, business requirements, operational readiness measures, issue management processes, dependency plans, support scorecards, and stabilization plans required.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams, workstreams, dependencies, timelines, issues, readiness activities, support needs, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment required.

  • Understanding of PBM workflows, claims adjudication, benefit setup, pricing, client configuration, operational controls, downstream integration, product support, issue management, or healthcare operations preferred.
  • Comfort leading through ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, escalating risks, and driving alignment across competing priorities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams accountable for enterprise integration and business product support, including requirements readiness, operational impact analysis, issue management, support model planning, and cross-functional dependency coordination.
  • Set priorities and operating rhythms for integration planning, business product support, implementation readiness, support transition, stabilization, and ongoing product support workstreams.
  • Partner with leaders across business, operations, BPO, technology, architecture, implementation, product support, legal/compliance, regulatory, client teams, and service functions to align on integration scope, support needs, risks, dependencies, and delivery decisions.
  • Oversee readiness of business requirements, process impacts, integration requirements, support procedures, operational controls, intake paths, escalation processes, and traceability needed to support development, validation, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate North Star capabilities, business priorities, operational requirements, regulatory needs, and implementation timelines into practical integration and support plans.
  • Lead integration planning across impacted platforms, downstream processes, operational teams, client migration activities, data needs, reporting, controls, and support models.
  • Ensure integration and product support decisions are grounded in business value, operational feasibility, compliance needs, technology dependencies, client impacts, supportability, and long-term scalability.
  • Track integration progress, readiness gaps, open decisions, support risks, issue trends, cross-team dependencies, product support needs, and action follow-up; escalate blockers with clear recommendations.
  • Partner with change management, communications, training, implementation, operations, and support teams to ensure integration and product support plans are connected to readiness, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and ongoing run-state activities.
  • Create an environment where business, product, operations, and technology teams have clarity on outcomes, priorities, dependencies, decision rights, support expectations, and escalation paths while maintaining delivery speed and minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations.
