Director of Innovation, New Ventures

Bobbie
•$188,000 - $220,000•Remote

About The Position

As Director of Innovation on Bobbie’s New Ventures team, you will identify and launch new categories, products, formats, and business models that expand how Bobbie serves families. You will own innovation from opportunity identification through market validation, combining consumer insight, product development, business strategy, and go-to-market execution to turn promising ideas into viable new businesses. The role extends beyond launch. You will own go-to-market strategy, performance reporting, and the post-launch test-and-learn agenda, using consumer behavior and business results to determine what to iterate, scale, or stop. Once an innovation demonstrates consumer demand and a viable path to scale, you will lead its transition into Bobbie’s core studio for ongoing brand management and growth. Bobbie makes European-style organic infant formula manufactured in the U.S. Its advocacy arm, Bobbie for Change, supports efforts including paid federal parental leave, preventing future formula shortages, feeding equity, and formula donations to families impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers. Bobbie describes its culture through values of being radical, nurturing tension, delivering ounce by ounce, and not making assumptions. The role is US-based and remote. Compensation varies by geographic group: $220,000 for Group A, $200,000 for Group B, and $188,000 for Group C.
