Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Director of Infrastructure to join our team at US Fertility working Remote. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Requirements

A bachelor’s, or higher, degree in a technical field
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
ITIL Foundations v3 certification or higher
5 Years of experience managing a team of infrastructure engineers.
10 Years of experience supporting infrastructure running production workloads
10 Years of experience working within AWS and Azure cloud environments
10 Years of experience supporting large scale networks and data centers.
10 Years of Experience working in a change-controlled environment – cowboys are for the wild west, professionals plan their work, keep to schedules, and react quickly when needed
Able to work scheduled and on-call rotations (rotation will include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of a highly skilled team of network engineers and system administrators making sure they have what they need to keep work moving
Work with the internal and external stakeholders to help define priorities and manage work intake
Facilitate discussions across the disparate teams making sure communication is flowing in all directions – no one likes surprises
Provide technical escalation point for production issues
Perform capacity Management and budget planning to ensure infrastructure is in place to meet the needs of the business
Prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously and still meet project deadlines
Be comfortable in front of a whiteboard, marker in hand – you will be pitching ideas and solutions to complex problems, leading brainstorming sessions
Think critically to solve complex issues both with a team as well as independently
Capture metrics to help make decisions based on the data.
Create detailed Documentation, pictures or it didn’t happen
Have customer service skills second to none
Always be improving – technology changes constantly, and as an organization, we’re keeping up with it.
