Responsibilities

Execute the CTO’s infrastructure strategy to support growth and scale
Own on‑prem environments: servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
Ensure high availability for ATM telemetry, transaction processing, monitoring tools, and internal applications
Drive modernization, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management
Architect and oversee WAN/LAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, wireless, and remote access
Deliver secure, resilient connectivity for ATMs, field techs, retail partners, and corporate users
Partner with CTO and Security leadership on patching, vulnerability management, and incident response
Lead the IT Helpdesk team with a focus on service excellence
Define SLAs, escalation paths, and performance metrics
Oversee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and identity/access management
Support ERP, CRM, ATM/recycler management systems, monitoring tools, and internal platforms
Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination
Deliver system walk-throughs and training for new or enhanced applications
