The Director of Information Systems will develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align enterprise software systems with organizational strategy, priorities, and business objectives. This role leads daily IS operations, including system performance, ticket management, prioritization, escalation, and resolution. The Director will supervise system administrators and support staff, ensuring clear ownership and accountability, and serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved issues and cross-system challenges. They will establish structured support processes, service expectations, and performance metrics, coordinating workflows across systems, departments, and software platforms. The role also involves overseeing the execution of system changes and releases with proper testing and communication, developing and enforcing standard operating procedures for support and change management, and managing day-to-day vendor support while escalating risks as needed. Ensuring adherence to security, access, and compliance practices is crucial, as is providing operational reporting and insights to the VP of Information Systems.
