This position develops, manages and provides ongoing leadership for human resource functions in compliance with the District's established policies and goals, as well as with all applicable Federal State and local regulations. Supervises the operations and activities of the human resources department planning process, formulating and implementing human resource programs and services consistent with school district directives and policies. Plan and coordinate the recruitment and staffing for all district personnel. Plan and coordinate district processes for retention and development of employees Provides leadership and support to administrative and supervisory staff on personnel issues. Provides support to district employee performance evaluation process for all district staff.
